The purpose of the Company is to carry out licensed warehousing activities related to the preservation of licensed agricultural products under healthy conditions and for commercial purposes.For this purpose, the company may perform the following acts and operations.

Weighing the products accepted to the licensed warehouse

To carry out licensed warehousing activities such as weighing the products that are accepted to the licensed warehouse, loading, unloading, carrying, transporting, cleaning in order to make them suitable for storing and standarts, sorting, drying and conditioning, packaging, storing, repairing of product packaging, removing the product from the warehouse, to be in compliance with the relevant legislation and to obtain permission from the Ministry of Customs and Trade, to carry out agricultural activities, to be based on basic and processed agricultural products suitable for storage or to be engaged in trade, warehousing, insuring with carrying and transportation, industrial facility in Turkey and abroad, to establish, open, rent and operate, dry, process,a factory, workshop, sales outlet and branches.
Activities for the purpose of the company

To carry out all kinds of legal transactions related to the subject during the activities to be carried out for the purpose of the company, to issue and cancel the product billing, to sign the commitments, promissory notes and other documents, to commit debts and acquire all kinds of receivables and rights.
Storage of the equity of the company's balance sheet

On condition that the company does not fall below the fair value of the product that corresponds to the storage capacity of the company's balance sheet, and on condition that the company gets permission from the Ministry of Customs and Trade, to put capital in kind or in cash for companies that it established or participated in or to participate in the capital increases of these companies, to buy their share certificates or shares or redeemed shares, to accept them to its capital increases as in kind.
Obtaining permission from the Ministry of Customs and Trade

On condition that the company obtains permission from the Ministry of Customs and it does not fall below the fair value of the product that corresponds to the storage capacity of the company's balance sheet, it participates in the capital increases in cash or in kind, buys or accepts the same capital as capital increase of those companies which have been established or accompanied by this company.
Credit purchases from banks for its needs

To obtain short, medium or long-term loans with or without collateral from banks, internal and / or external credit institutions and firms for their own needs,
Providing services on legal or business matters

To provide legal or business related services to companies that it participates in, the company carries out all the joint services of these companies such as accounting, collecting, personnel training and human resources in order to provide a more economical way within a collective structure and help them in these matters,
Acquisition of commercial property rights

Acquiring, transferring and granting license agreements for the acquisition of brand, patent, know-how and any other industrial and commercial property rights.
Evaluation of real estates

In order to realize the objective and study subjects, the company makes purchase, builds, exchanges, donates, and provides movable or immovable goods, acquires immovable or immaterial rights, rents, establishes facilities on their immovable properties, appraises real estates or makes real estates appraised, except for abovementioned process, the company takes the necessary actions related to their own warehouse and other immovables only if permission from the Ministry of Customs and Trade is obtained.
Securing rights arising from legal acts

Affiliate the company to international organizations

To be a member of international organizations and to carry out joint services related to its purpose and subject only if permission is obtained from competent authority
To cooperate with domestic and foreign companies in Turkey and abroad

Compliance with the Agricultural Products Licensed Warehousing Law and other legislation numbered 5300 and Provided permission from the Ministry of Customs and Trade is obtained; to do business abroad, to cooperate with domestic and foreign companies in and outside the country.
